Prof. Dr. Hazera Khatun

• Obtained her MBBS degree from Rangpur Medical College in 1983 • Completed MCPS on Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1991 from BCPS (Bangladesh College of Physician & Surgery); and later successfully accomplished MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2005 • She worked as an Assistant Professor in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department in Dhaka Medical College for 5 years • Later joined in Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital, Dhaka and served there as an Associate Professor for 3 years, thereafter as a Professor in the same institute for 2 years • Internationally trained to handle complicated Obstetrics and Gynaecology surgery (including laparoscopic surgeries), Gynae-onco surgery, Infertility and also an expert in managing high risk pregnancy
