Dr. Masum Billah

Dr Masum Billah Obtained an MBBS degree in 2005 from Jalalabad Ragib-Rabeya Medical College under Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Sylhet, Bangladesh and achieved Diploma in Orthopedics and Trauma degree in 2012 from National Institute of Traumatology and Rehabilitation (NITOR) under University of Dhaka. Dr.Masum Billah completed AO Trauma course - Basic Principles of Fracture Management, in 2014, Dhaka . He has completed Pune Knee Course in April 2017, Pune, INDIA. He worked as a medical officer (HMO) in Surgery department in 2007 Bangladesh Medical University (Ex-BSMMU), Dhaka. He joined in Continental Hospital as an EMO at Accident & Emergency Department in June, 2012 and then as a C. A. in Department of Orthopedics November, 2012 to February 2013. He served as a Specialist in Orthopedic department, Continental Hospital from February, 2013 to February, 2021. He served as Junior consultant in Department of Orthopedic, Continental Hospital from March, 2021 to July, 2025. Now he is working as Associate Consultant in the same department. He also serving as Departmental coordinator of Orthopedic Department of Continental Hospital from 2013 to till now. He has attended multiple local and international seminars, symposiums and conferences on Orthopedics. Till date, he has 8 scientific publications. He has vast experience in all kinds of major and minor orthopedic surgeries, bone and joints fracture management, arthroplasty surgeries. He is also experienced in management of poly trauma cases. He is a proud member of Bangladesh Orthopedic Society, (BOS). Bangladesh Spine Society, (BSS). Asia Pacific Orthopedic Association (APOA) and Pediatric Orthopedic Society of Bangladesh, (POBS).
