- Worked in BIRDEM as Associate Professor & Head of the Department of Nephrology from 2001 to 2007 where he led 25 kidney transplantations
- Thereafter joined in Bangladesh Medical College and Hospital and served as Professor of Nephrology from 2007 to 2008
- Served in Continental Hospital PLC as Consultant Nephrologist and Chief Transplant Coordinator from 2008 to 2017 leading 39 kidney transplantations
- Worked in Asgar Ali Hospital Dhaka as Consultant in the Department of Nephrology from 2017 to 2018
- Before re-joining Continental Hospital PLC he was working in Impulse Hospital as Senior Consultant in the Department of Nephrology from 2018 to 2019
