She is the former Director and Head of the PET-CT Division at the National Institute of Nuclear Medicine & Allied Sciences (NINMAS), under the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission at Bangladesh Medical University (BMU). She now serves as a Senior Consultant at Continental Hospital, delivering cutting-edge care to thyroid oncology patients • Dr. Fatima Begum holds MBBS, DNM, and MPhil in Nuclear Medicine from the University of Dhaka and a PhD from BUET, where she focused her research on thyroid cancer.
